Taste? Everything’s fresh and standards are extremely high. The lettuce is always green and the cheeses are fine aged cheddar, goat cheese, and Campania mozzarella. Touch? When you walk into the intimately sized space, you notice it’s heated/cooled extremely well. The tables are smooth, and the booths are just the right softness. Smell? Inhale the aromas of the kitchen preparation as well as the dish on your table. Sound?
